The style of glasses doesn’t suit me. I have tried to get a return on them. Ideally I would love to swap them for a pair of Sirius but they are sold out.

Chromic kit came with the incorrect nose piece and two weeks later and two unanswered emails later, I am no closer to getting the correct item I paid for. Very disappointing service.

Mostly perfect !!

They are too dark, they are not as light as my other smoke grey lenses which I have had three other pairs. Their a bit dark for mountain biking in the shadows. I don't know if I ordered wrong or you have changed tint.

Speedy delivery

It’s been over 2 weeks since I was told that the helmet would be express posted but after numerous emails to Rudy Project with still no response I still do not have any updates on the shipping. This not a rating on the actual product but the customer service has been a very poor experience.

Great lenses

I am still awaiting for blade photochromatic lens, which are almost 3 months late. Other than a simple email saying it could not be delivered as part of main delivery, I have had no advise despite multiple emails. Very very poor service, and should not take money if you cannot fulfil order in a reasonable time.

I had an awful experience with this company’s customer service. I requested a refund, but they completely ignored me. No one responded to my emails or phone calls, and I was left without any support or resolution. It’s extremely frustrating to deal with a company that doesn’t care about its customers. I would not recommend them to anyone!

The arms are too tight even on a smaller head. Trying to organize a refund. 1 week later still waiting for a return label. Emailed Australian contact (Greg) with no response. Not a great experience I must say - expected better!
