Bed arrived well packed and delivered very politely by the delivery guys. Building the bed took about 90 minutes, the instructions are just about adequate. The instructions could easily be expanded and done with a little bit more detail to make assembly easier. That said the quality of the bed and its components is excelent, the bed frame is very sturdy and the lifting platform is powder coated and looks first class. Everything was well packaged but the delivery man as on his own so couldn’t take up stairs for us. The items were very heavy but we got them there eventually. Building was straightforward and I did this on my own whilst my husband passed the screws etc. However we did encounter a problem we couldn’t get the gas lift to work as it was so stiff and we had to put a lot of pressure on it. It worked better after we put on the mattress and with the extra weight it went down much more easily but still...

I am so pleased with this bed. I was a little concerned about buying something I hadn’t seen but it is really nice. It took 1 week from placing the order to being delivered. When assembling it we realised the feet were missing but a quick email sorted that and they arrived a few days later. The quality is good, the velvet finish is perfect. We really couldn’t be happier. I chose the Steel Plush Colorado swan sleigh chesterfield bed in Cream Chenille, Super King. The bed arrived sooner than expected, within a week or two of order and I paid extra for the under bed storage which I don’t regret, It provides so much extra space! Absolutely amazing company! Love the sevice and options they offer of making your own bed. I'm extremely happy with my bed, absolutely love the material, colours, great quality and solid frame.
