Great bed. A little tricky to fix even by the builder but once done, nice and sturdy. Footstool is very elegant. It was missed off the delivery and the company responded quickly and sent it , although it resulted in some delay. Overall pleased with the bed and footstool. As you can see from pictures looks lovely. I ordered my mattress separately and got a nice firm one.

I am in love with our new bed so much ❤! Its gorgeous. Really study and very well made. I cant recommend Bed universe more. The bed is made to order and we received our bed within 14 working days. Great communication from company and delivery driver. Delivery driver even offered to help take bed upstairs as very heavy. I cant wait to go bed sheet shopping now. A little slow on the communication side of things, which at first was concerning however, the bed did arrive after 4 weeks and it’s so beautiful. We would say it was worth the 4 week wait, very nice! The style and colour is Cream Chenille.

Fantastic service from start to finish! I originally ordered 1 bedframe to see the quality and can say i was very impressed. The wood is very sturdy and the velvet fabric is of high quality. The price is also reasonable compared to other companies out there. I then went onto order a 2nd bedframe a few weeks later and again they did not compromise on the quality. I would highly recommend buying from this company.

Waited about 3 weeks but well worth the wait (we ordered 60” headboard hence the wait) Lovely quality, seems well made and neatly done. Looks great and feels good. We went for black base as we’re using our sprung base and mattresses Really comfy nights sleep from the off. Thank You to Alana for answering questions and the address change. Great company as far as answering any queries. Good polite and helpful delivery drivers too. Can’t fault them.

The bed was packaged with protective foam so even though it is a heavy piece of furniture, it was perfect on unpacking (unlike other well know furniture companies that think a bit of clingfilm will protect a sofa!)
