The rug was so much better than I expected. I did have to buy non-slip underlay that cost $100. Probably something thst should be offered at time of purchase. The underlay makes a massive difference.

It's beautiful. It's cream with darker beige lines. It's not bright white / bleached / dull / grey/ yellow. It holds its shape while still being soft. It feels consistent/flat under the feet (not lumpy or hard). Issues: 1) it gets dirty and stains VERY easy (even with shoes off and regular cleaning). The edges are already blackened/grey after 3 months 2) the wool weave has pulled out (into a loose thread or lump) in multiple areas. We purchased this rug a few months ago. The style we were looking for was modern, minimalist with neutral colour tones so this was exactly what we were looking for.
The delivery time was fantastic and, although it was rolled up on its’ arrival, there were no kinks in it when we unravelled it.
The soft textured rug is great even with a cat who likes to scratch and play on everything. We love the colours, it is not just plain white but a combination of whites and greys that suit our space well...

This is a lovely rug. Colours are such that you can team it with different colour cushions and throws. It will go with almost any colour scheme. There are a couple of photos on the website that show the rug to have a kind of warm pinkish hue. My rug is like the other photos, which is what I wanted. I really like this rug. Subtle colours and soft under foot. Makes my lounge room feel and look cosy. I thought it would be slightly darker from the online pics but overall happy with the quality. It also had no ‘new carpet odour’ which was great as I can be allergic to synthetic smells.. so for the price it’s really very good value for a large rug.. this was approx 2x3m which was perfect for my lounge room.

The rug came fast after a few days of ordering. It was covered in plastic nicely and it was a bit heavy. When I laid it down I felt the softest thing ever! It was in perfect condition. The rug will move slightly probably because I didn't get an anti slip item to put underneath. It still works great, not much to complain. I still have not tried washing it but I think the quality will still be great even if its washed.

True to colour & size, very happy overall! Suits the other furniture & has a slight pattern that doesn't over shadow the area - just adds some texture to it. Rug could have been a bit thicker so more luxurious but can understand due to lower price - fantastic value for money! Would buy again. Only drawback was I got a $50 off email I could've used however it went to my spam folder and I didn't see it until I had placed my order, grrr!

Quality is fair for the price. Not too thin of a carpet. Doesn't move around. The design is perfect for my home. RugsDirect is the only place I could find a "Traditional/Boho" style rug. That style is almost not existent. This rug seems to pull it off. I'm so happy with it and I can't believe I found it. It's my 3rd rug from RD. I'll be coming back next for my dining area. I wish they sold this in the round style!

Fibres are short and soft. Making it easy to vaccume and to clean spills. The carpet isn't one of those thick based rugs, it is more on the thinner side which can make the corners curl, so some tape can hold it down, or rolling it in the opposite direction fixed it for us.
I was a little worried at first, as the reviews weren't the best, but I got exactly what I ordered.

I was looking for a round, mainly navy rug for some time and was very happy to find the Brooklyn on the Rugs Direct site. The pictures and description were very accurate and the price was excellent. It arrived fairly quickly and the communication from Rugs Direct while it was on its way was reassuring. I admit I do fall into cold anxiety at times (like the best people do) but even I felt confident ordering sight unseen from these people. Well worthwhile. Dog loves it.
