As always, excellent timely delivery. Quality rug same as the three we have bought before from Rugs Direct. Thick well made rug and looks great in our Art Deco home.

I love the rug. It feels great to walk on and is soft to touch. It stays in place / no slipping even without an anti slip mat. The delivery was not ideal as I was not home on the day of the 1st delivery. I had to email the delivery company an authority to leave at the front door. It all worked out in the end.

I have bought from you before so was happy to return. I measured the area before buying this rug. It is perfect! Looks good! Fits in well! Would purchase from you again and again!!!

Perfect sized rug. Our table is an 8-10 seater and needed a big rug to fit under it properly. Well made and it is wearing very well, it is in a high foot traffic area. Cleans up beautifully with a carpet cleaner machine as well.

Great product - just have to keep away from direct heat. Great price - lovely big affordable rug. Great design - love the design and colours. Easy to order on line. Delivery was great. RECOMMENDED!!

The website is user friendly. Very clear photos and descriptions of the items. The service was very efficient. It only take few days for the item to arrived and the products were in excellent conditions.

We bought the navy blue colour, which is lighter in colour than we thought it would be. We're happy with the softness and feel of it, and it feels like a good quality rug.

Even though there is absolutely no hint of blue in the runner I received, it has a green/grey hue instead, it seems to work perfectly in my entry/foyer area. I would probably just advise customers to be aware that the colour that is shown on the website may not be what you receive. In my case it worked out. I did call and leave messages but no one returned my calls so I’m relieved it’s worked out for me.

It is an amazing rug, didn't expect the quality for price, the soft feeling coming home to a brand new rug I couldn't be happier, thank you rugs direct I will recommend you to everyone!

Absolutely BLOWN AWAY with how fast we received this rug. We ordered it at 10pm on a Wednesday night and it arrived at 1pm that Friday. It was exactly as pictured and described. We bought it during a crazy cheap sale, seeing the quality now we would pay so much more for it! We are extremely pleased with our purchase and have already recommended Rugs Direct to friends and family.

I am very happy with my purchase, I was worried because buying it online without seeing it first but it turned out to be excellent the rug is thick and big it covers the amount of floor I wanted to. I definitely buy form you again.

Ordered on 8 August 2021 during NSW COVID lockdown. A bit of a wait (understandably) to hear it had been shipped on 23 August. I'm in West Gippsland, Victoria and it arrived within the week from shipping. Colours are perhaps a little bolder than I imagained but very happy with it nonetheless.

Absolutely love my new rug for my brand new home. I was a little worried on the choice I made not having seen it in person but when it arrived & I rolled it out I was like WOW. Blue is my favourite colour so the blue in this rug just works perfectly. It feels amazing, my kids & I lay around on it as it feels so soft & comfortable. Cannot wait to buy another one 🙌🏼

I was apprehensive about ordering a rug online. But I had fallen in love with the transitional rug from their website and it was at such a big discount that I thought “it’s worth the risk.” I ordered it and it came in only 7 working days! I was very surprised how short the wait was in spite of Covid! I could not be happier with the rug. It’s beautiful and exactly as it looks on the website. It is soft to touch and the texture and detail is beautiful.

Lovely rug, great colours and suits the space well. Using at underlay with tile flooring and it's perfect for both making it softer to stand on but also keep it quiet for the downstairs neighbours. Received many compliments on it!

I bought this rug for my bedroom, after thinking that I just wanted 2 small rugs for either side of the bed. I am so overjoyed that I decided to buy the biggest one. It is magnificent and gives my bedroom the boho lux feel that I was wanting. I really couldn’t be happier with my purchase.

Colour of rug was true to picture. Feel and texture is lovely. Complements the room. Delivery was effortless. Constant contact to ensure updates of expected timeframes was very much appreciated.

Blue colour is somewhere between navy and Royal blue. More Navy in the shady room. Great quality. Cat claws at it and it isn’t affected. White is an off white colour, almost a hint of silver.

Love it so mich I am buying another one and another note it took 4 weeks to arrive with numerous email to find it through tracking was extremely frustrating but worth the wait

I bought this rug as a cheap option as I couldn’t find one I liked when looking at others which were priced much higher at other outlets but I really love this one so won’t be looking any further! It came promptly and very well packaged. I love the fact that it is reversible so will regularly turn it to save the wear.

I bought this rug to make my new home office (AKA kitchen) a bit cosier during Coronavirus pandemic and it’s perfect! It fits my kitchen really well, and e quality is so much better than I thought it would be for the price. I bought this rug on line and had no idea about the quality or finish of the rug. I was pleasantly surprised when it arrived to find that the colour is true to what is portrayed but the quality is of a very high standard. Very happy with my purchase .

This rug is great, it’s a perfect wait, it doesn’t catch when you walk around the edges and sits perfectly. Love the colour, very warm look to the room and not dark colours
