Unresponsive, disinterested, aloof and arrogant. The Shipping was incompetent. I was notified the rug would be delivered on Tuesday but the rug sat in the shippers warehouse for a whole week and they kept changing their story and blaming internal disorganisation. At one point they said it was lost, then they said it was found and would be delivered, then they said it was damaged and I should seek a refund, then it arrived undamaged. Rugs Direct couldn't have cared less.

2/3 of my order has not been delivered, though the order was confirmed on 30 June. There has been no update on delays and no response to messages or emails asking for an update. The next step is likely a notification to the ACCC and a Visa chargeback.
All this could have been avoided through better communications.
