Very smooth. I do wish that the base of the seat was wider at the front to allow for a wider positioning of the legs while doing the exercises, mainly the leg extensions. That’s my only critique. Overall great product.

This rack is awesome! I was hesitant to purchase it because the price seemed too good to be true, but it is really great quality for the price. Shipping was really fast, and putting it together wasn’t too bad. My boyfriend and I put it together in one night, it took just under 4 hours. It’s absolutely worth the price, if you’re on the fence, go ahead and buy it!

The quality of the item was much better than expected. Easy to change from leg extension to curl. You can even do hip thrusts with this machine. The only improvement i would suggest is reinforcing the areas where the bolts are located, only because the metal is a tad thin and starts to bend. But already have recommended this item to other people10/10

I contemplated getting a barbell and plates used and realized I was able to use my HSA dollars on these bumper plates and my barbell. I like that they're pretty easy to grab and I'm using them on my 2nd floor office/workout room. Again, love to have gym equipment in my home that functions well so I don't have to drive an hour round trip to go to a gym and wait for equipment to be available to use.

Very easy assembly you can do by yourself. Exercises work even with long legs if you adjust the back rest just right for it. The tension throughout the entire range of motion stays constant.
