The set up was terrible the instructions were only pictures the parts weren’t labeled except for L and R. Some of the L and R parts were labeled incorrect which was extremely frustrating to have to figure out. The quality seemed fine but the hastle of trying to figure it out made it almost worth returning and finding something else. It’s a shame I heard good things about the brand but the lack of set up instructions and labling of parts. I got red white and blue plates when I ordered black.

The footplate had broken welds and was un usable but customer service was excellent and they immediately sent a new one. But the new one had a bent piece that I had to bend back into place. Quality assurance is awful but customer service is great.

Overall the M1 Pro is an outstanding piece of equipment. 1 person can assemble but 2 is helpful. Instructions were easy to follow. The quality of the material is second to no none. With nearly any resistance on the cables or Smith machine. Thia home gym and accessories will easily do anything that the average person needs from a gym without leaving the comforts of home. This and any of the other products are well worth the investment.
