I did a lot of research on a home gym set up for a small space and so far couldn't be happier with this Smith Machine. They don't use cheap materials, the welds are solid and the set up is relatively easy (you will want a second person to help build). Beast of a machine. Arrived in about three weeks from the date of purchase. Setup is pretty miserable if you are doing it alone like I did, but should be alot smoother with an extra set of hands. Packaging was top notch. With the way the FedEx driver threw everything in front of the garage I really thought that it would of had alot of pieces damaged. Only two pieces were scuffed but barely visible. I put this together by myself in a few hours. I bought this during the Christmas sale and was surprised it came in less than 1 week later! There were some minor dings and scrapes but everything was functional. Anytime I e mailed customer service about a question it was a quick response within 24hrs time frame. Great bench especially for the price. Got it for under 210 after taxes and shipping. Probably would have given like 4.5 stars if it were an option. Slightly more wiggle when in incline than I like. It was delivered on time and packaged very well. Instructions were easy to follow with the hardware very well marked for each step. I only had a couple of issues. Couple of the minor issues were a couple of washers were missing and the back name plate was a little banged up.
