I honestly didn't know if I would notice any difference in my kickback or cable abduction training with just a simple strap across the bottom of my foot, but it's definitely a game changer. I also love the 3 different rings, makes it easier to move from one exercise to the next. Having the 3 rings plus that simple strap makes it more anchored/stable on the Ankle as well, which is awesome given the unstable nature of the cable itself.
