Overall the set up was not difficult, took a few hours for my hubs to do. Came in 6 boxes so the unpacking and carrying everything to the basement was half the battle but directions and parts were pretty easily. I really like this machine. You can do so many things with it and I feel totally comfortable doing it all myself without having a "spotter" due to the safety features. Also, the machine doesn't take up that much space. Totally loving working out at home.

I love this thing! It looks great and everything about it feels quality. The aluminum pulleys are extremely smooth and make most movements feel pretty damn close to commercial gym equipment. The smith bar is actually slightly heavier than my commercial gym, which is a great thing in my opinion.

This is a good addition to the set, setup was easy. It operates very smoothly and feels as good of quality as the rest of the set. I would recommend using the removed brace plate for the knee hold down as shown in the video. Overall, I would highly recommend this, the added functionality allows for a higher variety of workouts, keeping your routine interesting as you evolve.

I’m a former personal trainer of 20 years, filling out my own personal gym. I’m finding this piece of equipment to be of substantial quality for the investment. I would rate it somewhere between home and commercial level, more than enough to fit my needs. I love the fact that it satisfies two different, yet instrumental movements for leg work. The assembly, while somewhat involved, was very straightforward and doable for the average homeowner. Good product!

My wife and I love our M1 Pro. We’ve had it setup for a couple of months now. I wasn’t 100% sure on having a smith machine but we love that aspect. Super fast setup to get a workout in (especially for busy parents), while still having the flexibility as a half rack for free weights for me. We love the cables and use them daily.

Unit arrived really fast, weight stacks came first, then everything was else showed up all together, no missing parts. M1 Pro came with a few dents and scratches, nothing that compromised the integrity of the product but package could have been sturdier. One aluminum pulley came broken which was replaced in about 4 days. I am just a beginner. It works great for me.

Excellent machine when built. Very smooth after putting lubricant on all the rubbing parts. You cannot build this without some extra tools and the included wrench is a joke. Not a deal breaker but be prepared. I spent two nights and a morning building it but also made first timer mistakes.
Leg press attachmemt takes practice to use but does accomplish it's goal. No parts were missing when it arrived. Would buy again no doubt.

This is such an awesome machine! Strong, super stable, and fun to use! Give yourself half a day and patience as you and your buddy assemble this monster. I recommend using both the instruction manual and the video together. Read the steps carefully, and watch your head once the barbell is installed! Clocked myself a few times that day.
