The peg board is a quality piece that does provide extra storage. The hooks do not lock in, but a small nut and bolt will keep them from slipping out. Only 6 hooks were provided but they are too small for larger attachments. I purchased a set of longer hooks from another site and I’m now able to utilize both sides of the board.

Its a good machine! I wish the back seat part could adjust forward or back. I feel that it sits me up too far forward for the extensions. Lastly, I feel that the seat is okay quality but I'm not sure how long it will hold up.

Everything showed up on time, ready-to-go. It was an easy setup, I did it by myself in just a couple of hours.
The smith machine attachment is great, but it does feel a little shaky when in use, probably wouldn’t if I had more weight on the racks to stabilize it.
Ultimately a great purchase, definitely recommend for a home gym.

Overall, setting up the RitFIt PPC03 Power Cage with Smooth Cable System was quite easy. The power cage is quite sturdy, multifunctional, and looks amazing. It's been nice to use for traditional power rack lifts and I really enjoy the foot attachment for low rows. One adjustment I had to make was doing squats outside the cage rather than inside the cage due to the vertical rods used for the pulley system in the way. Overall the rack is very nice. Unfortunately it is wobbly without plates loaded on the rack. I do not confidently feel it’s a 1000lbs rack. But it still fits the need of our home gym!
Great rack for the price, I would recommend anchoring if you wish to use additional attachments or heavy weight.

If I could do it over, I would get the machine instead. This is quite bulky and for my wife, takes 2 people to put on. Seems well made, haven’t had issues with functionality, and it extends quite a bit off the side of the rack.

My only complaint about this machine is that after a few days of using it the cables end up twisting together and then we have to unscrew some pieces to manually untwist the cables. It’s very annoying.
