I really was excited about this. And while it is good, it isn't great, so 4 stars. What is wrong? The assembly was fairly easy. 30 minutes? However the lower cable is only held in place by the clip. And it moves when not under load. So the cable can jump off the pulley. Adjusting would help, but the cable is no securely held. A cable stop is needed. 3rd party ones are available.

Love the machine. Love the smiths machine part. The rack is sturdy. I love that it came with all the attachments. However the 10lb weights don’t go on the rack very well. It’s like the hole isn’t cut right. Also, the dip bars don’t make any sense. The position of them isn’t for tall people. And they move. They aren’t sturdy.

I think it’ll be a nice addition to the home gym.
It’s definitely a budget piece of equipment but seems to be decent quality, steel is a bit thin but sure it’s more than sufficient, welds look good, sled slides very smooth, and pretty quietly. Seat and back pad a comfortable and not rock hard, time will tell how it holds up, I will put it through its paces.
Very simple installation and instructions, took maybe 1.5hrs to build.
My biggest gripe is I wish it could be loaded w more plates

The plastic plate holders seem to expand slightly where the set screw is, causing the plates to not be able to fully rest in their proper position. Also makes taking the plates off somewhat awkward. Otherwise the machine and all other components seem great and high quality

I added this to my M1 rack and overall it’s a solid upgrade once everything is set up. The plates come in multiple boxes and I noticed mine were slightly different in width, but they all weighed the same at 11 lbs each so it didn’t affect performance. Installation is pretty straightforward, but one thing I learned quickly is to load the plates one by one instead of stacking as many as you can on one side first, it makes the process go a lot smoother.

Love the machine as a whole! I wish the feet plates had more grip because my shoes have slipped a few times. I also don’t like that the handles for the leg press are attached to the safety bar. If you lift really heavy and have to grip them you pull the safety bars inwards you and it can loc the machine in place.
Outside of those two things I think it’s great! Absolutely worth the money.

First, this upgrade is massive. I immediately felt a difference in my workout with the 1 to 1 system, and I didn't have to load as many plates! 10/10 for that reason alone. I love it. I gave this 4 stars for 2 reasons:
#1 - I had to add 3rd-party cable stops. Before installing them, the bottom cable had a great tendency of falling out of the track. With the cable stops, it works great.
