This is a really great set of cable attachments. Sturdy with nice grips. The double D handle & the straight bar have a swiveling attachment point, which is really nice! It means that when you are doing certain exercises (like curls with the straight bar) you don't put unnecessary pressure on your wrists (see posted video).
I get good use out of all 4 attachments & the straight bar was worth the upgrade to the 4 pack.

I have had this for about 5 months now and I still love it! Assembly was easy, if you have a basic understanding of tools and following instructions. I weigh about 215lbs and it does shake a little when I am using the dip bar handles. Other than that, this thing is amazing for the price!

It's been great! We had some issues with one side of the functional trainer but the support staff worked with us and sent us the replacement parts to get it up and running. The smith bar runs very smoothly, as do the functional trainers. We use it 5 or 6 days a week. All the attachments work well and it's very stable. Really happy with our purchase.

I honestly didn't know if I would notice any difference in my kickback or cable abduction training with just a simple strap across the bottom of my foot, but it's definitely a game changer. I also love the 3 different rings, makes it easier to move from one exercise to the next. Having the 3 rings plus that simple strap makes it more anchored/stable on the Ankle as well, which is awesome given the unstable nature of the cable itself.

I purchased these 2 lb. each ankle weights for low-impact home use. They have LOTS of wide velcro. So much velcro, that I taped some off, for less to wear out. They are soft on the ankles, and very secure.

Having the different color options are nice when you like to preload lifts around your gym for different stations in a workout. Like I always use the green collars for my legs.
These options also work great having multiple colors when you have a team, or a family as big as some teams where each athlete or group of athletes are assigned a color set to be responsible for.

The weight horns are a great addition. I can get two 45-lb bumper plates on each weight horn, so you can add up to 180 lb more per stack. Likely could do more if using iron plates. Great clip for weights. So easy to lock and unlock you can do it with 1 hand! Holds weight on the bar well also. I tested with some some bumper plates and you can stand the bar up and the clip holds a pair of 45 bumper plates. I was pleased with the purchase for sure.

Just built this rack got the 1.2k version. Build was easy, they have a good video on youtube that accompanies the paper instructions well. Of course there was a few chipped paint spots but what do you expect plus i got this because it was affordable but really for functionality not to look pretty. The packages all came over a two day period. Nothing was missing j clamps were sent separately and came in the mailbox. Im so happy with the purchase! I can cancel my gym membership now cause I own one...
