Easy to put together by myself in about 45 minutes. Watched the instruction video on youtube. All the pieces were there. Have been using it for 2 weeks. Works great.

Good bar, reasonably priced and majority of order arrived within a week. Apparently package purchased pieces ship from different locations and my 7ft bar was apparently lost by carrier. Ritfit reasonably asked me to wait a few days before sending me a replacement. Though the bar was about 3 weeks after purchase was not Ritfit’s fault and they handled it professionally and within reasonable expectations. I will not hesitate to purchase from them again.

Robust build with easy install. Used lag bolts instead of hardware provided. The grips are good, but rotate in the bar. This could be improved.l, but not a negative reflection on product.

I waited to open the box, just anticipating it would be a "bear" to put together. What a surprise! Two bolts and boom ready to go. I took longer to get everything out of the box than it did to get it ready. It's exactly what I wanted. Simple, sturdy, easy to adjust and fold for storage. Thanks so much!

It's a pretty great product for its pricetag. However, there are 2 big flaws to it. They are pretty big and it sometimes can get in the way. If you're going for light weights <~15 kilograms then you're not gonna have any problems. The second flaw is that changing from dumbells to a barbell is extremely difficult and is time-consuming. Anyways I think this is one of the best workout products I've bought mainly for its ability to easily change weight, and being cheap, of course.

The customer service is on point! I have this rack and I moved houses. Somewhere along the way I lost some parts and pieces. With the help of the ritfit staff and support, I was able to get everything I needed to put my rack back together. Every time I reached out the response quickly and made the process smooth and easy. I love my ritfit rack, it holds up well and does what I need it to do.

We received our order fast. Although there were missing items, they replied in a timely manner and got it in only a few days. The multifunction machine was very great and space saving so we still were able to park our two cars. Great product and great customer service!

Awesome product. Extremely easy to assemble, no special tools needed and everything was laid out step by step. Upon receiving everything, one of the boxes was damaged. I reached out to customer service and explained that some parts were missing. Staff quickly replied and verified with me what was missing and immediately sent the missing parts out. Excellent customer service and no complaints as they made everything easy. I love everything about this rack. 10 out of 10

Awesome home gym smith machine! Set up wasn’t too bad at all, took probably two hours. Smith machine is really smooth and the fact that it comes with the high and low pulley is amazing! Such a great value buy, couldn't recommend more!

Box was broken during shipment. It's worthless in that too much weight to ship and store repeatedly and not enough depth of compartments or thickness of molded box in general. Not really mobile box. I bought this a couple months ago. First, the directions are poor and I watched the video 30-40 times to figure it all out. Words would have been helpful and some stickers showing which way certain bars should be installed would save a lot of time. Now that it is installed, I love the machine. This mat fits perfect on a twin size bed, for leg and back stretches. It puts the mat it at a good height to sit on. It has helped with my husband’s physical rehabilitating since getting onto the floor, at this point, is not an option.

There are so many different attachments that you can use for each workout you want to complete. The Smith Machine makes it even easier to workout by yourself so you don’t always have to have a spotter. We love RitFit products.

Loving having so many pieces of equipment all in one. This system was extremely easy to assemble as well. Although it does recommend two people it’s possible with one. Would definitely recommend it for anyone looking at building a home gym.

Purchased the 1.2K set. RitFit customer service was spectacular. The packaging was delivered in 7 parts. One came with a large whole and I was missing several key plates to build. RitFit was responsive and sent me the missing plates immediately. The build was smooth and directions were straight forward. Great workout set for a home gym. My wife and I have loved using it.

Would have given it 5 stars but the upper plastic insert slide for the lat pull down and row does not stay in place. This makes that device very difficult to impossible when heavier weight is used. This is a major issue and will require some fabrication to fix.

Lightweight and stores nicely. Appreciate the easy assembly. Lock pins make for simple adjustment. Thicker wooden seat base would help reduce flex when using for dips. Exceeded expectations and would recommend as a good buy for the price.

Great product, just as described, and easy to grip. Only negative is the smell, but it is expected with these rubber coated plates. I cleaned them really well and let them sit outside under a covered patio for a couple of days and that has helped. I would highly recommend them.

the bar is too big for my setup, but otherwise everything is really nice. The only design change I suggest is to make the end of the lat pulldown open, so that the line doesn't rub against the metal when being pulled in a more lateral direction (as oppose to straight down)

I ordered this right before Xmas. Got a 15% discount and it shipped easy and quickly. Put it together and I'm loving it. Only problem was I got 2 pull up handles for the left side instead of a left and right, but customer service has already taken care of it and I'm waiting for the replacement. I would recommend.

Weights arrived ahead of schedule. Though the box and packaging were intact on arrival, noted the inner shell of the case was cracked and one of the closure tangs had broken off. One section of the barbell and its union do not stay seated in the inner case when closing. Customer service was very responsive and promised to send out a replacement case.
