I have a couple of the watches. The newest-ZE X just came recently. I also have the ZE Active. There is very little difference between the two. Both get excellent battery time (several days), both offer the main uses-heart, sleep, phone. etc. The biggest difference I can see now is the number of faces offered. I love my watch, mostly because of the battery time. It does everything an iwatch or Galaxy and more but the battery time is WAAAAY better. Negatives? User manual is next to useless. Cannot upgrade firmware. All calls coming into my cellphone are automatically routed to my watch which is not helpful when I am driving.

Solid watch ... Love the fact I can track my blood pressure, my steps and oxygen levels on the fly. I get tons of comments daily on how sexy and sleek the watch looks day and night- did I mention all the funky watch faces you can change. I am really happy with my purchase.

Looks exactly like the advert. Reasonable choice of watch face displays, but the skeletal cogs do not move. Good battery life between charges. Though the distance monitor reads correctly the legend does not change form km to miles when changed. Delivery was slow, perhaps as the lead up to Xmas & UK postal strikes.

I found the watch very helpful after getting a pacemaker to monitor my heart rate! Like the many “dial” display choices! Love the fact it holds the charge as my Apple Watch must be charged daily! Comfortable to wear!

I have bought a couple of other so called "smartwatches" on line.. they were CRAP! This watch is phenomenal! I had a Samsung Gear S3 for many years. This watch out does the Samsung by far. My only suggestion is to offer more watch faces.

To date have found my experience with my ZE Max to be great. Easy to use and the battery is carrying its charge for an average of 3 days. Very intuitive and it gives reasonably accurate readings although being a heart transplant recipient I do not treat it as a medical device rather as an indicator. Very happy with it.

I like the watch. I like the size of it and the feel of it, but I didn’t like either of your bands, so I changed it over to one of my twist-o-flex bands that I love. Looks good tier the all black band and fits better. I like the ease of changing the screens and so the data that it collects.

Like the watch battery life is good. Easy to use. Would like some of the features to be automated like BP,O2 and pulse. Instead of having to push measure. Would like to be able to have more programs available for it as well. For the money a very good watch.

Love the look and finish of the watch. The only feature I would like added is the watch face they used to promote the watch, and watch faces that allow for other widgets other than steps and fitness data.

I have had several fitness watches during the past 3 years. The ZE Fit 2 is a huge leap above many of the current fitness watches and it is affordable. The fitness data is comprehensive for a huge number of activities and sports. The ZE Fit 2 records each day’s performance. In addition, the ZE Fit 2 allows the wearer to listen to music, make and receive phone calls, use a calculator, monitor heart rate, use a small flashlight, and display a number of other useful “tools”. Love it!

While on vacation, I lost the charging cable. I contacted the company and they said that they had the replacement in a bundle, which included two cables and a replacement wristband. I was glad to have an additional cable and a replacement was fine. It was metal and black so it better fit the style than the silver-colored one that came with my watch initially. Very good watch not thrilled with most of the watch faces Da Fit app has except this one. I get 10 days battery life wearing mostly 24/7. I went from the Ze Force to this one because of the much larger face as my eyes are not as good as they used to be.

quick and easy. ii contacted the service department with my issues and they asked a few questions, made some suggestions and then determined they would replace, no fuss/no muss. when told a replacement was on its way i thought they must be kidding as i was expecting a lot of "hand wringing and hoops to jump through." instead i have a "new" ZE taking over for the previous model. Very pleased with how i was treated and the quality of the product.
