Just received my ZE Active accessory kit containing two charging cables and new metal watch band and extra pins. Now I don't have to keep searching for the charging cable every two weeks and having an extra metal wrist band is a big plus. Customer service directed me to the proper place to order this kit and it shipped immediately and arrived quickly. Kudos to ZE on a great product and excellent customer service.

It’s a cool watch, does everything advertised. Technically support is informative and timely. The only thing I can complain about is how long it took to be delivered, and mail tracking was not updated for two weeks. Ultimately I like the watch.

The watch does everything I want it to do in a smart watch. However, I would like it to stay lite longer than five seconds when you lift your arm to see he time. There may be a way but the directions weren’t there in the owner’s manual on how to extend the time it’s on. Only had it for 3 days so really would like to see how it holds up longer term. Does everything as described. No it’s not a Apple Watch but I dig it - I bought it more for the health monitoring aspects & these work well. Also happy how it is interfacing with my IPhone. So far so good - I’d prefer to give it a accurate rating after 6 months of use. For the cost it was worth the punt.

I bought a previous version and had several problems, like the sensor cover came off, short battery life, and the band came came apart.
This one is so much better. I originally charged it what I thought was 100% charged but it was only 80% charged. Even with that 80% charge, it has lasted over a week and down to 10% charge. Great battery life.

Had the watch awhile still learning all it does. It's pretty easy to figure out except I wish the instruction sheet was a bit larger, old eyes an all. That being said I've had really good responce from customer service so far. Wrote them a question one day had a responce the next. Keeping track of my health issues is a real advantage and having it on my wrist is a plus. Really glad I made the purchase and for the price you can't go wrong.

I'm happy with it, little by little discovering more ways to use, so much that I stoped using my 4 years old Fitbit , the only problem is with the metal wristband,it's too large and I can't take off links, is there an easy way to do it, can't push the holding pins out? Other than that, I really like it.

First one sent wouldn't charge. I bought a new charger and it worked fine. They sent me a replacement and it worked as it should. Cool features. Easy to use and connect. Phone calls through the watch are extremely clear. BP readings are consistent with what my BP cuff says. Not disappointed with it at all.

I have worn it for 2 weeks now and I'm very pleased. Took a while to set it up. Seems to be very rugged so far as my job is in the automotive sector. I Remove seats most of the day and it does get knocked around a bit. It still shows no scratches on the crystal or case. Battery is at 50% in the 2-week period. In all it is worth the money and have ordered a second in silver for dress.

Delivery took about 3 weeks. Like the watch look and functions. It seems to be pretty accurate. The battery lasted about 9 days the before charging. I do have a line going through the display but it is only noticeable on certain screens. Also scratched the screen 2nd week I had it. All in all I am happy with the purchase so far. Time will tell if it stands up.
