The screen arrived yesterday, and I installed it. I had a few issues which I hope you can help me with and also help the next customer who buys this type screen. First, in ordering the screen, I wasn't sure whether to enter my fireplace opening size or what I guessed would be the finished dimensions of the screen with some overlap on the edges of the opening. All in all a very nice set of fireplace doors. Haven’t used the fireplace yet, but the glass doors open easily as do the mesh doors behind them. My installation required the use of the raiser bar which no matter how hard I tried, I could not get it aligned with the bottom of the doors. I finally gave up because it was only about an eighth of an inch off, not really noticeable by anyone but me.. The door looks great and functions great. Great price and fast arrival. The only reason I did not give it 5 stars was because I ran into two minor installation issues. One, the anchors did not work, easy fix bought better ones at Lowes. Two, had issues attaching all 4 brackets to the key studs on the door frame, key stud did not allow for enough clearance to fit the bracket, so two options, sand down bracket to make it thinner or force it in. NOT HAPPY.... should of kept the Chinese piece shit. It was better made for 1/4 the cost. To start the 45° cut ends weren't de-burr and not repainted. I didn't catch that before I cut the shit out of my hand!!! Plus the BS screen rod setup is junk! Everytime you close or open, it falls apart. Those little clips don't do shit!
