1. They say about 3 wks to deliver. More like 5+
2. The “options” available for my cover include a draft for $75. Apparently my choice of cover has a draft built into the sides and does need the added draft option which was recommended when I spoke to sales on the phone. Why does the website allow selection of an option that is not valid? And why did I need to send an email to customer service to point out that they owed me a refund given I added the option on my order?...

The right side panel was bent at the bottom and the air vent at the bottom arrived unattached and missing the screw that held the small round handle on it. Overall it was easy enough to put together, but the annoyance of trying to attach the vent without directions or the screw to do so was frustrating. My fireplace is made of stone. Stones do not have as smooth and defined finish as brick. I should have been told to allow more for this when making measurements. Because of the "uneven" finish of stone there are small but visible gaps between the screen and the stone where sparks could fly through, creating a fire hazard. I should have been told that I need a much larger allowance than a 1/2 inch on the sides and top.
