Nice product idea but implementation is lacking. Measuring to insert a hard metal object into a hard opening requires extreme precision. When I asked how they make sure the unit will fit into the opening I was told it would be made 1/8" smaller but when it arrived it was 1/8" larger. The opening is tile over brick so there's no enlarging it. They quickly agreed to remake the frame - a big positive! However, that does mean I have to disassemble the unit and reassemble the doors in the new frame. ...

I am overall happy with the quality and timeliness. The one issue I have is that I think the flange on the inside should have been closer to the dimension I had sent and the border should have overlapped the stone more. It barely covers the stone so from the side there is apparent gaps. For example, the flanges measure a little over 39 wide where the opening I supplied is 41. So the wide trim only overhangs by about 1/2” some of the more irregular stones. I had ordered he wide trim to avoid...
