Ordered a custom size (57" x 8" x 2") non-combustible metal mantel in Bronzed Iron finish. The mantel arrived within the scheduled delivery window and was very well protected in packaging. The mantel was the exact size/color that was ordered and there were zero quality defects. It comes with basic mounting hardware and straight-forward mounting instructions. I have not installed it yet, but I do not anticipate any problems.

I chose an in stock model which happened to fit our fireplace perfectly. It was an easy installation in a brick wall above a Vermont cast iron insert using the six enclosed screws. I needed a non-combustible mantel to honor code. The material is perfect, a flat black that complements the insert. I placed an eight pound soundbar on the mantel, and we have a 65 inch Samsung “The Frame” above that. It all looks fantastic.

Overall a good quality product. My only negative is the doors don’t both close properly. They were taped in shipping to make sure they didn’t break. However the tape hid the fact one of the doors doesn’t close flush with the other door.

This is a fantastic addition to our old masonry fireplace. We had smoke issues before which after some research seemed to point to lack-of-airflow-control with a big opening. So smoke would just leave into the room. Now, with the doors, the airflow is a higher velocity from the gap and vent at the bottom (the old fireplace workmanship is not the aligned so we have a small gap). We can now see the smoke spinning around behind the glass and then up the chimney. Problem solved! Or at least massiv...

Looks great, was easy to install. Packaging was difficult to open. The only area open was wrapped in heavy plastic wrap. Guess how you open that? With a sharp blade, upon what you will find out the front of the he mantle is under it, so big scratch all the way down the front, would suggest better packing.

Ordering was easy, our estimated ship date was 7/12 we did not receive until 7/26, it was not packed well and the corners were scratched and there is a scratch on the face. I did contact the company and they are supposed to be sending touch-up paint. Would have appreciated something off.

My only issue was that there was a stray wire wrapped around one 9f the built in screws that I am not able to clip off. It makes the leg a little wobbly as I am not able to attach it fully/as tight as I should. The screen itself is beautiful and exactly as described.

This replaced a 10+ year old crappy bronze looking fireplace cover/doors. I LOVE that i no longer have to deal with a pull chain mesh system and I now have metal mesh doors to keep all the sparks inside the fireplace. This thing is pretty heavy, installation took maybe 20-25 minutes by myself.

This mantle was everything I wanted for my fireplace! However, it has now been 8 months since we installed it. The fireplace only got used a handful of times between install (late December-February) and there is a crack developing. We do not put a ton of weight on it so the only thing I can think is the heat from the fireplace. It is in the center at the bottom front edge and is about 18” in length.

Very well constructed. I have the inside fit folding doors and it is really sturdy and any tweaks to the door are easy. I also have an outside fit folding doors. I like the outside fit too as it folds flat against the front of the fireplace, but the doors are not as “sturdy”. Still really nice though.

The door looks beautiful. There were a few minor challenges with installation, but we were able to do it without calling in a professional. A video would have been helpful. Ours is an overlap door and all of the videos from this company were for “inside” install. Customer service was also very helpful with my order concerning the screen.

Love how it looks and functions. A little confusing on how to secure it, but after watching the video on how to bend the straps, I was able to make the included hardware work. I did have to buy a masonry drill bit and masonry anchors w/ screws. I should think y'all could come up with more universal anchoring methods. Nice product.

Perfect fit from the dimensions I submitted. The doors look great. The factory instructions were poor at best. They say to drill the holes 2 to 4 inches from the front. In reality, 2 inches is way too close and does not allow for any adjustment. Ignore the directions and drill the mounting bracket holes at least 3 to 4 inches from the front of the door to allow for frame fit adjustment.
