I just received my fireplace doors a couple days ago. They haven't been installed yet, but appear well made and exactly what I ordered. I'm anxious to get them installed to see how they work and keep the cold out when not using my gas fireplace.

Really like the mantle! It is very solid and was delivered within a reasonable amount of time. The finish is excellent. Mine is 55" and heavy. When you order a metal mantle be ready for the weight. Mine is probably 50 lbs. Not sure the screws they sent with it will work. I plan on getting some small lag bolts. Also - the tracking info I received from Exceptional Fire lagged the actual deliver by a couple days. Not sure they are coordinated with the actual mantle manufacturer well enough. In a...

The whole process was very easy from start to finish! The Fireplace insert is very well made and of high quality. It was shipped with plenty of packing material and cardboard to prevent any damage in shipping. I am very happy with Fireplace insert.

Originally we received the wrong color mantel. I contacted the company and they immediately sent the correct one. I was very impressed with how easy it was to contact the company and have the problem corrected. Shipping was also quick. I believe both mantels took about eight days after the were ordered to be delivered to a rural town in Nebraska.
