The left glass keeps falling out. Doesn't seem like this is a popular door. Need new rods to hang the mesh as I had to cut them both with a Dremel tool. My bad for not reading the instructions.

Fireplace frame fits in fireplace fine, however the metal brackets that are supposed to fit over pins on sides of frame are too thick to slide in and lock onto pin. Either locking pin is set two deep on frame or brackets are to thick. As of now this $900+ unit isn’t mounted until this problem can be solved. See video
