The Order process with Greg from Exceptional Fire was a very nice experience. He was very thorough, knowledgeable and extremely helpful. Five stars for Greg. The reason I gave a four star rating is because of the manufacturer. The door arrived with the left and right doors misaligned and one of the bolts did not fit into the hole for attaching one of the straps that attaches to the inside wall of the fireplace.
