The measurements of the door came in wrong, the door came with no brackets that I can install the doors with. It took over a month just to get this? Im disappointed. Especially after I sent a picture of the fireplace you guys should’ve done a better job.

I was charged $200 extra for a face that was supposed to be built for masonry, but it just went over the opening by about an inch and left the masonry gaps exposed. My installer had to have a piece of sheet metal fabricated to cover the holes. Disappointed with the fit on the overlap and the extra $200 they requested for the masonry and for having to pay for the piece of sheet metal. The face was otherwise nice, but now it's junked up with the thin piece of metal.

The screen looks great. We weren’t able to install it because the legs and hardware did not come with the screen. We had to call and request them and do not know when they will be shipped.

Looks nice but made haphazardly. Glass fell out during shipping (didn’t break) and another panel fell out during installation. Many of the screws holding the glass in weren’t tightly fastened. One handle was screwed in crookedly and needs to be bent to work properly. Welding is chunky and messy in spots. I feel it doesn’t live up to the price paid for the door.

The door looks great. Installation was a bit difficult as the straps did not fit under the tabs and the clips for the screen fell off several times.

Delivered timely and very happy with the product

The samples arrived damaged. The corners were knocked off showing the concrete underneath. We worry about any larger piece like a full mantel would arrive damaged or be damaged while mounting. Dissapointing because we really like the colors & the idea of a non combustible mantle. Thx!

We ordered a mantle & it arrived damaged. We were told another would be shipped. It’s now been 2 months and we don’t have a mantel and the company stopped responding to our status requests.
