Our fireplace door arrived damaged and we have sent in a request for a replacement, but still have not heard back or received any confirmation that my email was received. This was after I spoke with someone on the phone. Some level of follow-up would be helpful as this damaged door is taking up space in my living room while we await resolution!

Mantel looks good but was delivered with wooden mounting hardware that would be placed in the non combustible zone. Requested metal mounting bracket but still not delivered. It is advertised as non combustible but does not meet this description!

The fireplace doors arrived damaged. From careful examination of the doors and the condition/location of pieces, it is clear that the factory assembly was flawed as many of the screws holding the glass panels in place were loose and one panel completely let go and was rattling around in the box when delivered. The screws and clips for the door were laying loose in the bottom of the box. I also noted that when the door let go, it came down on the lower frame scratching/removing some paint from...
