This was my first meal from my subscription order. I couldn’t have been more pleased with the choices - I actually went car camping in blistering Florida July heat just to have a good excuse to test out the Luxefly menu! The Polenta with Mushrooms and Mole was scrumptious. I’m looking forward to getting away soon with a backpack filled with Luxefly and hopefully cooler weather.

I just had Chile Relleno this weekend while backpacking at the Columbia River. What a delicious surprise! It was so tasty, and the portion was perfect after a long day hiking. I'll eat this anytime, it was the best freeze dried meal I've had so far. Now I have to try the other Luxefly meals I got, can't wait!

This may be the best Corn chowder I’ve ever had period!! Something to even stock in the cupboard at home! OMG!!! We weren’t backpacking but on a road trip and stalked up on food that didn’t need a cooler to reduced ice needs. And so glad we found LUxe! Their products were far more superior than the others we tried on the trip! Well done team!

This was good, but the 2-person serving is just big enough for 1 full-size human, after a big day. Also brought the 1-person as an emergency spare, glad I didn't have to rely on it. The "bun" stayed crispy, useful for getting the last bits of the casserole.

This was pretty good, i do however think that the instructions are a bit off it says 8 to 12 oz of water, but because of the beans you really should use 12 or maybe even 14 oz of water as the beans did not rehydrate very well and i used 10 oz. Other than that the taste was very good i think this is a quality product.

Of course I loved my Luxefly! I'm a repeat customer, and there is no better dinner on the trail than a Luxefly dinner. The Chicken Pozole was fantastic on my one night winter backpack trip. All of these meals are phenomenal and the customer service is top notch. This is the only brand I buy. And just so you know… you don’t have to be hiking/backpacking in order to enjoy it. I travel in a campervan and these meals are often a go-to after a long day of driving or adventure (or both).

I have been looking for a long time for backpacking foods that are mexican-inspired and this is quite a find. This is not mexican-inspired, its mexican-authentic! I have tried 4 of the meals and are of very good quality. I am planning on trying more this summer and add to them for any emergency. I tried this at home, and it was delicious and healthy. If it tastes good at home, that's a high bar for freeze-dried backpacking meals. I have to take a break from hiking due to some health issues, but when I'm back on the trail this will be a go-to meal. Only oddity is that it currently does not come up under vegetarian, vegan, or high protein diet on the shop menu.

I added some hot sauce to this and made it into a burrito. I've also made it into tacos. This is not like your typical posole soup, it is thick and hearty. The small package is enough for me on a quick lunch. It's really delicious but it's not spicy so if you want some heat, pack some hot sauce with you.

These beans are fantastic. I did not expect this. I'm eating some with flour tortillas and I put some Chipotle chili crisp on top. I feel like I'm eating at a restaurant. They completely rehydrated and are delicious. I'm coming back for more!
