I like your overall approach, and I think Luxefly has a potentially bright future; there’s definitely a niche to be filled in the backpacking world for better quality dehydrated meals. After having just completed a five-day trip, and consuming 23 of your meals, I have some thoughts.
Buying was fine— but your recipes and cooking formulas need some work. Water proportions, and soaking times, are pretty inaccurate. (Generally, more water and time needed, sometimes quite a bit.) And most of your food is much too salty. One dish— the chicken posole— while otherwise quite tasty, has more salt in a single package than a low sodium diet allows for an entire day!
