I’ve been having increasing lower back pain, got these on a Friday night, installed them and wore them the entire next day. My back was 90% better first day! Went camping for a week after this with lots of hiking and these made the entire trip possible! Highly recommended!

I am so glad I found these shoes. I live in flip flops in the summer. I had a hip replacement and unfortunately slipped and jammed the rod further into my femur, resulting in right leg being nearly 1/2 inch shorter. These Jacked Up flip flops allow me to walk without limping. They are wonderful.

The weights are not 200lb on the side because of the cables. When I use 45lb before now I hav to use 75lb. And when I add the weight on the side the cables are dragging.

Great product. Love the construction. Crate included every part and piece (not one nut or bolt was missing). Well packaged with bubble wrap. Appreciated the supplemental assembly video on the website for assistance with the cabling. The pulley system is smooth. It looks and feels like a professional gym rack system. We love the equipment and every customer service representative we have spoke to was amazing! However, the individual that came and put the rack together wasn’t very friendly. He also left without showing the equipment or even telling me he was done. He just walked out the door without saying a word.

Had a very hard time finding lifts for my shoes after hip replacement that left me with a 1/2 inch difference in my leg length. I cannot thank you enough for making this product. I've used various insoles and these are the best. I love that these are intended as insoles for BOTH shoes with an ability to adjust the lift of just one of them. And I love that the insoles cover the whole footbed instead of just half (the heel part). The half insoles really hurt my feet when they move out of place. Also, the adhesive for attching the lift is brilliant and so easy to use. These are pure genius.

After having hip replacement surgery i wound up with one leg an inch longer than the other. Needless to say this put undue pressure on my shorter leg and my spine. After ordering your product it made a world of difference in how i walk and feel No one knows about my disability and i am happy with the lift. I plan on ordering it again soon. I love Jacked Up! I own the flip flops and a set of inserts. I have some lld steming from a fall years ago. Finding the right heel lifts is important. When I found the flip flops I was overjoyed. Can't really slip on ordinary sandals in the summer so these are the best. Thanks for making them, jacked up. You've done good. :)

I ordered these because after knee replacement surgery, my left lower leg was shorter than my right by about 5/8". My doctor suggested a referral to a podiatrist who would measure me for a custom orthotic. I told her to wait a bit and I would see what I could find. Most lifts are half size which means they can move in your shoe. After several knee surgeries it seemed that I had one leg shorter than the other. I bought these insoles/lifts and began wearing them in Nov. I have noticed a big difference in my walk. Although I’m not sure how long it will be before my hip quits hurting (from walking unevenly) I’ll continue to wear these insoles daily. In fact, I’m buying another pair for other shoes.

On of the four sizes provided will probably fill most needs. However, the manner in which the item is made, one can create quite a few height variations. It is remarkable that the way these lifts are made permits many combinations and they will all stay beautifully in place.
