I really like the leg press attachment. There is a bit of a learning curve when using it for the first time, but once you become comfortable with it, it is fantastic. I also suggest laying the opposite side of what the instruction video shows so you don't accidentally hit the rack clips trying to balance the press if that makes sense. It makes the leg press much more sturdier.

The equipment is great and offers a myriad of lifting options to hit every muscle group effectively. My only concern at this point is that while the weight stacks are hefty, if you are an advanced lifter you may find they are not sufficient in weight for certain exercises. I have run into this with lat pull downs and seated rows, for example, even though I can add plates to the stack which helps. All in all, it is a great tool to build your body! I am glad I made the purchase.

I am loving working out at home, set up was hard, directions are not great and don't seem to match up. We hired someone to come help. Still trying to figure it all out. I left 2 messages with customer service and did not get a call back- it took persistent by me to follow up as we had some damage in shipping. New pieces are coming that were damaged, but we don't have them yet so we will be. Overall, we have had some great work outs and I think we will love it, but have to iron out a few things!
