I constantly travel around the globe for work so a gym membership is pointless. When I’m not deployed I use this rack everyday. I’ve always been skeptical of any “Jack of all trades” equipment, this is not that. The cables pulls are smooth and consistent, and the rack is very sturdy. Im 6’2” & 210 lbs. and am completely comfortable in the rack (though if you’re any taller I might recommend the taller rack unless you enjoy concussions).
