The machine is awesome, but takes a long time to assemble. Followed the instructions closely and it worked out okay. Pictures/descriptions of some of the parts could be better and larger to make identification easier. Additionally, marking the parts with the part numbers would help as well. Overall great machine.

After having the piece of equipment for a few months, I find that it is adequate. Pretty much what I was expecting for the price point. I rate it 4/5 as there could be some upgrades like aluminum pulleys and such. I give customer service as of now a 2.5/5. The overall quality of the product is good, but I was expecting the cable system to be a little bit smoother with the aluminum pulleys, so the way the guides are assembled needs to improve. The stickers for the stacks are missing.
