Laser works great! Good machine for a good price. This is my first C02 machine, I've been using a diode laser. Wanted to upgrade so I tried this out, the cuts and speed are night and day compared to a diode. Overall would definitely recommend this to anyone starting out or just looking for another machine.

Hey guys I just finished the setup of my machine. Everything was packaged very well but there was some water in the machine. Don't know if the packaging was faulty or what. It does not appear to have affected the machine at all. Setup went well. I have some questions I will contact support for. Excited to get started!!!

The Monport Reno 45 Pro that I received has been a wonderful machine so far. I'm coming from an Omtech K40+ machine, which I had no problems with, I just wanted something a little larger. I had the Reno 45 Pro up and running in about 20 minutes after it was unpackaged. Since I've had it, I've added a Lightburn camera and a relay to control the air assist in Lightburn. Thank you for offering the machine at such a low price. I probably would not have purchased it if I didn't see the Black Friday ...

As the owner of Maine Cedar Signs here is my unbiased review of the 80 machine So far I love the machine . The machine arrived in perfect condition even though the crate was slightly damaged . I’m almost done using test cards and building my materials library . I am coming from a monport k40 so I definitely have a good 2 years experience and I can tell you without a doubt that once the unit is fully up and running it will increase my productivity by a minimum of 400 percent

I bought this coolant (3 gallons) for my Monport K40 pro and an MP 80W 28x20 with a bracket (stand). I also own a GP 20W fiber by Monport, and have purchased extra lenses for my fiber. Quality products, especially for hobbyists. All of my orders have arrived well-packed, undamaged, and were received in the time-frames I agreed to.

This lens was purchased so I had an extra on hand. Assuming it is the same lens that the machine comes with it is great. I LOVE my 80W machine! It's so versatile and I'm learning new uses all the time. It has been a game changer and I am looking forward to many more years of use. The only experience I have had via email has been great. I understand that there is a time difference and even with that I received a timely response and my issue was resolved promptly.

I believe that the Mega was released before its time or at least mine was. I had many difficulties that included: 1. The web site had broken links to download M-Design Hub (MDH). 2. The Mega would not connect to MDH or Lightburn. 3. Unable to update firmware. BUT... Mega support worked with me over several days with remote troubleshooting. I got MDH to download. I did a lot of research and ended up deciding to purchase the Monport GA 100w Fiber Laser. I am very pleased with this machine. The shipping was lighting fast and was shipped in a very well-made plywood crate. The result was no shipping damage. It was easy to set up and had it marking in no time. I had a few little problems but was able to investigate and fix myself, also the power on/off switch sticks on and won't shut off, I must hit the emergency stop button to turn it off, I can replace myself if Monport will send me a new one.

Excellent filter, really does help reduce odors with laser projects. I just wish there was an easy way to get replacement filters, can't seem to find them anywhere on the website and support was not able to assist with replacement filters. I am making my own replacement filters for now like some sort of MacGyver.

The laser has been working fine. I have only had a diode to this point, so of course, there is a learning curve, so far so good. I just hope it stays that way because support is terrible. Very attentive when you're buying, but disappear after the sale.

The black rotary attachment is great for doing smaller circular things and it will handle large objects too. I already attached a Tibetan singing bowl to the rotary. I’m happy to share that the tone didn’t change upon etching. One caveat of this rotary attachment is it won’t work on the portable fiber MOPA laser.

Absolutely a must in the heat of AZ. This unit is EXTREMELY easy to set up. You literally hook up the supply and return water lines, fill it with water, plug it in and turn it on.

Ordered it, got it, installed it, used it. Have bought SEVERAL boards to be able to run LBurn on my K40. Enough on that subject. Installation and testing done in about 5 minutes. I already had the original board out. It is plug and play.
