My 90W laser came within 10days and arrived in excellent condition. After uncrating the unit, everything looks to be undamaged. Accessories were well packed and nothing was missing. Still setting up our shop, so we haven't fired the laser yet (northern US so it's quite cold at the moment). Should be ready in another week or so. Can't wait to see it in action!

The 20 Watt portable MOPA fiber laser is incredible and so well built. I like the 50s classic scientific apparatus vibe. It’s truly a beautiful machine. The portability of the system made it so I could etch my mums bear proof trash can and I didn’t even need my laptop to send the text to the laser. The application is quite versatile. I bought the safety shield but I recommend buying a simple USB-C power splitter so you can operate the electronic lift and safety shield fan simultaneously.

Machine came ready to rock. It was fully set up, mirrors aligned and ready to be used. If you do a lot of tumblers, i would suggest getting a laser with a deeper Z retract height. We have to fully remove the honey comb and prop up the rotary tool in order to focus to the right height. Its a very minor issue that wouldn't have changed my purchase.

Honestly I was very disappointed when it arrived. All of the mirrors were severely out of alignment. The instructions do not state what screw does what. Now that figured that out it works as it should. Need improvement on the instruction manual.

Really like the CO2 laser for the price. However, all mirrors were out of alignment. Instructions that came with the laser are unless for alignment. Not happy about having to email customer service. Tried calling all the phone numbers, no answer or response from leaving voicemail.

My laser came in a few days later than expected but since then I've been learning and literally engraving EVERYTHING :D All in all I've been enjoying my new hobby and figuring out new things to do with it. Wow! I am very impressed with my new Monport Reno65 Pro. I've had a $13,000 Boss laser for the last seven years for our business which has been a great machine, but the Reno65 Pro is very impressive. For under $2,000, the Reno engraves just as good, if not better. I really like that it has a built in air pump and it is very user friendly. I'm a fan and have been spreading the good news any where I can. Thanks for putting together such a great machine!

The laser arrived crated very well and arrived quicker than I was expecting, did have to wait for the water chiller so could not use for a week since receiving. Setup laser and with no adjustments was running great,mirrors all aligned etc.. I did a test and was able to even cut through 3/4 inch poplar board in 2 passes at 80 % which was impressive. Looking forward to do good things with this laser thanks so much.

Love the machine. I had two minor issues due to shipping. I fixed those easily. HOWEVER I contacted Monport support and was totally disappointed. I had a set screw missing and discovered the threads were stripped. No big deal. I tapped it out and used a larger screw. I emailed support and ended up with 7-8 emails and they could not understand what I was talking about. Very frustrating.

I started a custom knife company and having the logo engraved by another source was running $30/blade. Although a fairly small amount, it adds up and after doing the math, it was a no brainer to get one. The setup was extremely easy. The software and figuring the setting for different types of steel was a slight challenge, however it’s a game changer. If you are considering it, don’t. Just make the decision and get going.

This is my first ever laser. I did "browse" through the manual when it arrived. I would have wished there would have been some documentation on how to focus the lens with the focusing item supplied with the laser. This is my second 150W fume extractor. Both work great. They do a great job keeping the fumes and particles out of the air. This is most important when I engrave plastics with the GP30 Watt Fiber Laser. Without the air flow from the extractor, the plastic particles re-fuse to the parts and cause a smoke outline that doesn't come off!

Machine is slick and must be far easier to use than past iterations. The reason for the 'must be' is I'm a newbie to lasers. I bought to complement epoxy and woodworking. For a beginner, this is a fantastic machine. I own a diode laser and don't use it because of no useable results. This machine was ready to work after about 45 minutes of preperation compared to the 3 days it took to put my other one together. With the help of a few YouTube videos (La. Hobby Guy--fantastic videos even I can understand) I'm able to start finding my settings. I love this machine.

The Nano Replacement Board for 40W CO2 Laser was easy quick and compatible. You will have to use Lightburn software at an additional cost at sometime however; the software is a nice upgrade from the original. My main gripe about the board supplier was that they chose a shipper that allowed the board to sit for several days at the shippers location with no movement.

Purchased a 20W fiber laser machine weeks ago but FedEx lost it during the transportation. They sent another one. After using it for a few days, so far so good. CS is responsive and helpful. Excellent machine. Monport incorporated all the things one would want to improve the K40 including designing a 12"x16" cutting area. The 45 watt power easily cuts through 1/8" (3mm) Baltic Birch plywood. I am so happy with the machine that I just ordered a second machine to double productivity. Well done, Monport!

The Monport CW-5200 Water Chiller works great to keep my laser at the desired temperature. Runs a little louder than I had hoped, but I'm also running my machine in a very small space. Virtually no set up other than hooking up the water tubes, adding some soap and algaecide, and it's ready to go. If I ever add another laser I would buy this one again.

It would help if you had any test files like one for Stainless Steel to figure out settings to get color on the metal.
