I will figure it out and I appreciate your assistance that I have received when I email with the issues the issues that I’ve had have more to do with me not being a computer expert, so downloading all the information has been a challenge for me. It would be nice if there is a way we could plug and play. The problem is me not the laser can’t wait to get it going great product.

The 30w I thought wasn't going to be enough. It proved me wrong. Great machine; powerful, fast and accurate. I still don't know how to change the lenses. That's the only negative thing I have to say. Monport doesn't provide instructions (that I have looked for), so I'll figure it out eventually. The 30w is a great entry point into galvo lasers.

So far, the Monport 100 Watt Fiber Laser is great and I am loving the learning process and the versatility of the laser. I am incredibly disappointed in still not having received the enclosure that was supposed to be a part of the package I paid for. I got the laser, the rotary attachment, and a copy of lightburn, but still have not received the enclosure. I contacted customer service and have not gotten anywhere.

I was having trouble when I unboxed my machine but after a period of time I used the WhatsApp and was able to get support that got me running. My Effi10s is a good machine and was simple to setup and begin engraving and cutting. It's well built and hopefully will provide me years of service.

Once I learn how to communicate with the Monport team, I was able to get solution to my concern. Because of the delay of my original order, I was able to get a upgrade unit. I bought a cheap ankzone 40w pro co2 laser used off face book and it is garbage. All the wiring was wrong and shorted out so I ordered a monoport power supply as a replacement and it did the job. I could not be happier with the item. Customer support also answered all my questions. As a small maker trying to make a living i tend to buy what I can afford. Hoping one day to have a 12x20 55w co2 laser.

I enjoy using Lightburn, it is a great program for the laser that I use. Staff was helpful when I accidentally deleted the email that was sent to me. They resent the email and everything turned out great.

The new board was easy to replace and setup with lightburn. However, the HUGE problem is do not expect to get the part quick. The ship it "free" but by the slowest USPS available. So frustrating when you have no options to select another shipping method.

I purchased the monport 40watt Co2 laser to engrave Acrylic. When I got the laser the mirrors were not aligned correctly. I watched a few YouTube videos and fixed the issue. Laser works great for what I use it for. The laser is supposed to be 40watts but all I am getting out of it is 15 mili amps at full power. May be Monport has it configured that way thru the motherboard.

working on adding auto focus to the Monport 40 watt Laser. So far having problems with Motherboard. I may have to upgrade to another Mother board for the Auto Focus to be able to connect. So far ther is not port for it to plug into. Still working on it.

Hi, I haven't actually used my new Monport 80W CO2 Laser yet. I'm having to build out a location for it. But I have added distilled water and powered it up to make sure it would come on and fire the laser. And it did! Everything seems to move correctly. I'm almost done with my room for it and will post a new review then. I'm sure it will be just as reliable as my Monport GP30 Fiber Laser. Thank You, Michael

You can tell As soon as you see the wooden crate. this machine is quality. Monport did a wonderful job all around.
