Lovely looking piece of furniture at a very good price in the sale. Only downside was that there was a small chip to one of the corners that the plumber didn’t notice until after he had fitted the sink unit - the morale is to do as they say and check the item BEFORE it’s fitted yourself!!!

Great customer service from ordering and through to delivery! My only advise to people is really check the item on arrival - my bathroom fitter didn't notice a chip in the top corner and it was outside of the 48 hours check. WeloveBathrooms advised me of the RAL colour though and I managed to disguise the chip.

Absolutely love my new shower screen. If i had only one thing id change it would be the piece of plastic that holds the flapper panel in place. It would be better and more grippy if it was silicone instead of hard plastic. The flapper panel fell off after it was fitted, fortunately my son caught it and it didn't break. I had it refitted and it seems to be more secure now. That is my only bad feedback but even that wasn't bad. Love the screen completely.

Brilliant communication from ordering and delivery. The only thing that disappointed was the delivery man that states he is only allowed to bring to the door and not help bring inside so just make sure you have help as extremely heavy.

Product is good. Disappointed by decision not to replace the toilet seat when I reported a cracked cover because I didn't report it within 72 hours. Who would open the box when it had no visible damage. My fitter couldn't come to start for a week. It is obviously a GENUINE claim.

This is really good quality. unlike most of the other high level toilets, the wall brackets are metal as opposed to plastic and the flush pull is ceramic as opposed to plastic. I have seen a few high level toilets in showrooms at three times the price that are not as good as this. On the description it doesn't say the inlet side but this is on the left. Many of the more expensive ones have a left and a right but you then get a cheap nasty plastic plug to screw in the hole your not using.

This is a really good cabinet sold at an excellent price. It weighs a lot so be careful with mounting. I actually bought it to embed into a wall and hadn't counted on it needing room under the doors to open them, so I've drilled the glass and doors to take door handles. Really happy with the purchase. Would buy again. The staff are also friendly, if you choose to collect from their warehouse and save a bit on postage!

Bought this tray as it is a low profile one and much easier to get into due to my disability. Sounds silly I know but due to the lip being lower and thinner than my last tray, it actually feels bigger inside which is a definite win 😊. Product looks good and seems sturdy (which was a concern I had generally about selecting the right product). Instructions were a little difficult in places and perhaps an early guide to the basic installation philosophy would have helped, ie the way the square sections fit together. But in general very good.
