The item is very useful and looks lovely, although w only saw it assembled in the showroom as unfortunately the builders realised it would not fit the space. Return is more complicated than with an Amazon purchase but the agents were helpful and we were granted full refund when returned unopened.

Perfect size and fit. Fast delivery. Although a part was missing from the order and we had to go out and purchase a shower trap. Refunding was a issue and communication was poor in me having to call to find out if my refund had been agreed on numerous occasions. But shower tray was brilliant.

Lovely looking piece of furniture at a very good price in the sale. Only downside was that there was a small chip to one of the corners that the plumber didn’t notice until after he had fitted the sink unit - the morale is to do as they say and check the item BEFORE it’s fitted yourself!!!

Brilliant toilet flusher thing. Great speedy delivery. Easy to install. Dropped a Boxing Day delivery bigger than a new born child, one push on the magic button and that beast was flushed away. If I hadn’t felt the pain of squeezing out a monster then I wouldn’t have known that there was ever a massive turd in the pan. Would recommend if you require a discreat cistern capable of washing away a full pan of faeces.

Product is good. Disappointed by decision not to replace the toilet seat when I reported a cracked cover because I didn't report it within 72 hours. Who would open the box when it had no visible damage. My fitter couldn't come to start for a week. It is obviously a GENUINE claim.

Excellent bathroom. Love it all. Great prices, Excellent value and quick delivery. Only problem delivery driver left all my order on the drive and I had to carry everything into the house. Ghe stone shower tray and glass screen were extremely heavy and took me a very long hour trying to move them.

Could not fault welove bathrooms. Radiator arrived swiftly - reached out for more specific tracking info and they told me it was due the next day and then it arrived. Have ordered a shower enclosure from then as well as was let down by another 2 suppliers with backorders etc. Will definitely be checking welove first in future for bathroom orders. Quality radiator as well

These are quality taps, not installed yet but look really good. I like the black ceramic and chrome (which goes with my tiles) and makes a difference from the usual white and chrome. Delivered quickly and at a good price compared to other retailers. After reading some of the feedback I was a bit reluctant to order from this company but glad that I did. Will definitely order again from this site.

Tap feels and looks really good quality. It has a good weight and feel. We haven't fitted yet so can't comment on how it performs. Excited to see what it looks like fitted as it is a gorgeous tap. We had an issue with our first tray and didn’t feel the raised support kit was supportive enough and the tray cracked. We had a replacement tray sent without quibble and we built a more solid raised base and it’s been 100% fine. We did think it was just an unfortunate fault with our tray as the 2nd one was thicker. We would buy from Welove again though as they were quick to help us resolve any issues and the products are pretty good value.

We are very happy with this shower tray. It feels strong, solid, and high quality with no flex when standing on it. The anti-slip surface is safe and the low-profile design looks modern and stylish in our bathroom. Installation needed proper leveling, but once fitted it feels very stable. Overall, a great quality product and definitely worth it.

Great customer service from ordering and through to delivery! My only advise to people is really check the item on arrival - my bathroom fitter didn't notice a chip in the top corner and it was outside of the 48 hours check. WeloveBathrooms advised me of the RAL colour though and I managed to disguise the chip.

This is a really good cabinet sold at an excellent price. It weighs a lot so be careful with mounting. I actually bought it to embed into a wall and hadn't counted on it needing room under the doors to open them, so I've drilled the glass and doors to take door handles. Really happy with the purchase. Would buy again. The staff are also friendly, if you choose to collect from their warehouse and save a bit on postage!
