Good product at a competitive price. My major setback was that my plumber damaged the top front panel whilst forming the opening for the flush button, no spare panels are available , therefore I had to by a complete full unit at a cost of £118.00 plus. This is the compromise and the risk of buying imported products.

The only issue I had was with the packaging. It could be better, first screen delivered had a damage hinge and connection slot to the main shower screen. I could not fault welovecouk, replacement sent swiftly and without issue. Extremely pleased.

I had my current sink taps for 25 years , old Bristan 1901 ‘s . But one of them gave up the ghost. I searched high and low for similar or same replacements, then I found these little beauties. The bathroom suite is lovely it is of good quality and looks more expensive than it was. Ordering was simple and delivery would have been quick if We love bathrooms hadn’t given the courier the wrong phone number, the delivery address was an empty house that we are renovating and we didn’t get a call so they took the bathrooms suite back and it took me 2 weeks to finally get it but it was worth waiting for.

Easy to put together and the roller door seems nice and smooth when opening and closing .the only thing I'd do when fitting is silicone underneath and the back of the profiles to make sure of a good mastic seal .pretty good value for money over all

The shower arrived with no problem, to check off when the driver is there, could be made easier with a picture of the parts. The shower looks great and was reasonably easy to put together. Everything was as described, and the instructions were easy to follow. I made a mistake when checking off the items and rang welovecouk, couldn’t get through but sent them a message on email and got a quick reply.

Looks great and has resisted the usual build up of limescale residue so the coating really does keep it clean. Installs using silicone and a wedge seal in the fixing rail rather than screws. When fitting inspect the screen carefully, there is a very small sticker at the bottom which indicates which way round the screen goes. I didn't see it till it was too late so had to reinstall the right way round. Fortunately the silicone hadn't set

The shower cubicle looks lovely and I am very pleased with it. The base I had to return due to me ordering one with the waste in the wrong place. The return process I found a hassle back and forth with customer service and then had to pay return by my own courier which means I only get half back.

Well as you FAILlED to deliver shower screen twice tap and shower waste pretty poor Feel sorry for Sara customer service having to apologise for incompetent staff behind the scenes your so called CEO I would love to have a conversation but he probably is a coward give him my e mail will see if screen will. Come tomorrow as promised So workmen/plumbers have to come back Shame products good quality would recommend anyone gets delivery 2weeks before needed to sort out errors

Fabulous radiator, i did have to chase a delivery date as I received the valves and not the radiator. Both couriers ( Steve from DHL and Royston from DX ) were vert helpful and polite when the deliveries were made. Both a credit to their companies.

Units look good, and serve the purpose intended. However, all the drawers are the same depth, yet appearance would suggest that the top drawer is the shallowest draw and the lower drawers are much deeper. I cannot see why the lower drawers are not deeper, which is a shame. Apart from this the cabinets seem to be well constructed and provide the additional storage I required.

Very pleased with quality and finish of this unit. Design enables panel on concealed cistern to be removed if required. Packaging and delivery very good. At time of order unsure about polymarble sink but very impressed with it and the fact it’s one piece across the whole unit. Very happy.

I have had a couple of bathroom suites from we love Bathrooms and they are very good and reasonably priced and arrive really quickly. On my last one my plumber found we had a problem with the toilet seat, I contacted them and sent some photo's and within a couple of days they messaged me to say a new toilet seat was on the way.
