The product is great. Couldn’t get them anywhere else. However, delivery was an absolute nightmare, didn’t turn up when expected and no communication at all, dispite many emails from me, the goods turned up weeks later and then they were short of 1 sqM.

I was concerned that the product did not look good or that there would have been some flaw in the taps but everything was just perfect. I have never changed bathroom sink taps before but I gave it a go and hey presto, they look great. Tried to get source the same type of taps that were in the basin but were way too expensive and these new taps were a near identical match. Ten out of ten for the product. Many thanks.

I wanted a rimless toilet and nearly didn't buy this unit as the description didn't mention the toilet was rimless. The unit was exactly what I wanted so I bought it anyway. When it was delivered I was pleased to find the toilet was rimless.

Bought one to replace an exisiting rusting towel rail. Thankfully pipe fixing and wall fixing were virtually the same, so made fitting quite quick. The second was to replace a small radiator in the downstairs cloakroom, which was straightforward after some minor pipework changes.

Whilst I love the bath panels. It was hell of a task to get them to me!! Wrong delivery to warehouse, then another non delivery on agreed date, rearranged again!! Refund for courier fee hasn’t been refunded like agreed and no further word. Whilst the sale price was good I wont be using again.

The bath it’s self absolutely lovely, the level of customer service on the other hand is terrible. I paid £50 extra to have it delivered sooner & it turned up 5 days after expected delivery! I managed to get through to customer service & they done absolutely nothing their attitude was vile. Would highly recommend anybody NOT to use them.

Well made., looks brilliantly traditional,l and easy to fit with a superb high level flush. Delighted to have stepped back in time to move away from a close coupled cistern which might be less wasteful of water; but offers a poor flush.

The only problem is the rimless toilet doesn’t flush properly as the water doesn’t reach the front of the toilet. 2 plumbers have tried to fix the issue but said it’s the toilet itself but the cabinet and sink are fantastic.

Paul in the showroom was absolutely outstanding after the couriers delivered a broken bath. The situation wad resolved very quickly. Paul couldn't have been more apologetic and was able to resolve the problem with an immediate replacement from the showroom We would wholeheartedly recommend them for the help & Gold Standard customer service.

Really well made vanity unit. Sturdy but looks impressive with the curved edges. The button feet raises it off the floor slightly meaning water doesn't collect & warp the veneer. Compared to our last unit this is 200% better.

It looks great! We had a chip in the toilet but it was replaced straight away. It's a good quality bath and the tiles are beautiful! We had extra which we returned and got a refund, Depending on who you get on customer service though. We got in touch twice.

This return should have been brought when I purchased the shower, but I didn’t know what it was for. Anyway, after suffering the splash out from the shower I brought the part. I noticed that the return doesn’t sit flat on the shower tray, sitting on the lip of the tray at 90 degrees leaving a gap of about 25mm at the bottom.
