Absolutely love this tiny vanity unit with sink, it fits perfectly within our little loo. There is a solid back to the unit…which meant our plumber needed to get creative with pipes. Therefore we had to box them in. The company were great to deal with and delivered quickly. Very delightful

It looks great! We had a chip in the toilet but it was replaced straight away. It's a good quality bath and the tiles are beautiful! We had extra which we returned and got a refund, Depending on who you get on customer service though. We got in touch twice.

The quality of this Hudson shower door is very good. However, the installation instructions are an absolute nightmare. I am an experienced technician and I struggled with making sense of their instructions and it took two of us a few days of working out what went where and how. It didn't help help that we flipped the set up around and had the fixed panel on the right with the door on the left but nevertheless the 'step by step' instructions were very poor. Good quality for price, easy to fit, very easy to clean, bottom could be bit more rigid- when person over 150kg uses that bath it is little bending but still good product. Very kind and helpful staff in Wigan branch, please shout thank them for their help with choosing product despite of being very busy at the time i have been there.

Bathroom suite looks great but had to chase delivery on more than one occasion (after waiting the 10 working days) and on day of delivery I wasn’t informed an hour before delivery as promised by customer services.

P shaped shower bath tub was excellent and fit perfectly for 1700mm. Drilled the holes for the taps (bought from ‘we love’ too) and bath is very stable. Toilet and sink was part of the package but installed and fit well to upgrade the entire bathroom. Looks good installed . The only unfortunate thing was the plastic cistern flush mechanism did not work or flush . Fortunately I kept the spare one from the previous broken toilet that fitted perfectly and now it flushes perfectly

Brilliant panel and I still cannot believe the price. Fitting was super easy but you must measure the bottom trim and make sure it fits almost to the floor or you will get drips of water leaking out.

It’s a nice looking unit, we have yet to install it though as it’s going in a bedroom and there’s still lots of work to do before that stage. The basin looks just right but the tap we have may be too small! can’t tell until it’s all fitted.

Door arrived and all looked great, but when I unpacked it found it was the wrong size, my fault, so ordered another one but bigger and fitted that with no problem, That where it started going wrong, easy returns it said, so wrapped it back up as best as I could considering the box was damaged on delivery, so didn’t have any 3ins clear tape so used brown parcel tape, when I phoned to sort out sending it back I explained about the damage box which I had to use parcel tape to hold the box together ...

Great experience with the Wigan store and the product is good. however, we were informed 4 days this would be available to collect.... 19 days this took to arrive and I was continuously chasing the order! cannot get through to the store, no contact number for the Pemberton collection point. so have to talk to an online robot and eventually get back to you a few days later. so overall not a great experience but happy with the product!

Love the bathroom suite, looks really minimal and easy to keep clean and tidy. However the wrong shower screen was supplied and my fitters fitted it so We Love Bathrooms refused to replace it and even refused to refund the £65 price difference for the screen they did supply! Angry doesn’t cover how I feel. It’s two weeks on and I’m still waiting for a manager to contact me.
