The whole experience was good. Great deals- the staff I spoke to were all ways helpful. I had a cracked porcelain item - it was replaced quickly. Would recommend and use them again.

great looking well made find the toilet seat not very well made the lid is fine wondering how long it will last and how hard it will be to replace but every thing else ok good delivery would deal with them again

Toilet is excellent but I have had two of these toilets fitted by different plumbers and both found the flush chain to be too short. A key ring was required to make both work.

I am delighted with this item. I bought it to replace an original unit, removed by the previous owner of my flat, and was surprised how difficult it was to find an appropriate piece of the right size. This one is excellent - it is well made, functions smoothly and looks lovely. And your customer service was outstanding. Thank you.

Delivered on time with very helpful couriers who brought I into our driveway. The wet room shower screen was big and it was very well packed so it didn’t get damaged. The screen is lovely, thank you.

Lovely bath BUT the delivery was terrible with the driver refusing to deliver to our road stating it was too narrow but we have dust carts and removal vans who easily access our road. In the end we had to meet him at the end of the road and carry it home! Terrible service.
