Stayed at a resort recently and LOVED the pillows. I asked what brand it was and went online to get the firmest available. Pillow is ok, just not as firm as you would think a medium would be. It compresses almost all the way down to the mattress when you lay your head on it. (1” off the bed and yes I measured it. Making it the same thickness as a folded towel) that is what I would have thought would have been soft, not medium. I put two pillows together and it seems to be ok. Gets a 4/10

I am so sorry to give this bad review. I LOVE your products and bought my first pillow from you ove 25 years ago. My personal problem is that it does NOT smell like down. I did call your company because I thought maybe it wasn't pure down, but they assured me it was. The king duvet I bought just months ago smells FABULOUS and i am so upset that my pillow does not. I know all sales are final, but I would LOVE it if you wuld send me another one and I will gladly return this one.

Even though the pillow is supposed to be firm, it really isn’t. I purchased the King Firm so I may stuff it inside a standard size pillow case to firm it up more. The good part is that it is hypoallergenic and doesn’t bother my allergies.
