pillows are just as expected

I love this pillow so so much.

After a recent visit to the Ritz Carlton Turtle Bay, I ordered these pillows. The hotel told me they were the ones used in their rooms. The ones I received are not the same quality as the ones at the resort. I am very disappointed.

Great pillow!

I have a phoenix pillow that is SO old and amazingly soft. I’m worried there’s mold in it, so I found the website and ordered a new soft pillow. The one I got is not even close to the same. It has a crunchy sound and doesn’t feel fluffy at all, much more stiff. I’m bummed I spent so much and still end up using my very old pillow.

I gave them as a gift & they continue to rave about them!!

I was having difficul time finding a right pillow for me. It was the first one I liked.

I have gotten a number of the soft King size down pillows ove the past few years. This one was not as sturdy and the fill is less. I was only able to use it for a week and I had to set it aside .

The firm is just way more firm than I'm used to. Last time a bought a firm pillow from you it felt softer. It was a few years ago when you still had your outlet shop on 46. I would probably need to get a medium next time. The soft one I got is fine

The best pillows!

I bought this pillow because I thought it was the one the Loews hotel used when I stayed in Chicago. (After calling the hotel and researching.) I find this pillow to not give me the support and all of the feathers move to the back, so I’m constantly having to flip it. I thought it was what we used, but I really don’t think it is the same pillow.

Pillow is wonderful. Replaces an identical one. Also, customer service was top notch. I am very happy.

I thought the pillow would be better than it is. It’s ok but for the price and no return policy it’s just mid. I tried one at a hotel in universal studios and loved it but didn’t get the same result from the one I have now.

I had a pillow from this company and I loved it. I bought a replacement of what looked like the equivalent, but it’s not the same. Kinda disappointed in the pillow when it was so pricey.

Love these pillows! My second order. Replacing all ours a few at a time!
