Wow! I wish all businesses took lessons from CR Fence and Rail. I spoke to a REAL Person. I had to make some improvements per my home insurance company and so I was on a timeline. I placed my order and was happily surprised at the savings and how fast I received them. This was a very pleasantly surprising experience receiving this railing set. I actually laughed at how complete the contents were. Most companies assume you have everything you need to complete the installation (i do) and that you know exactly what you are doing (again, i do). So easy to work with. Had some questions on a late Sunday night, and they actually answered my questions right then. That was a pleasant surprise. Recieved the parts in about a week (shipped from Salt Lake City to Florida). Well packaged and no damaged parts. Another surprise was that it came with a marker, level, and concrete drill bit. Best customer service ever! I purchased a CR Fence and Rail for a loft in my new house. I bought the 72-inch length for a 96-inch opening because I was installing a 24-inch loft ladder between the two sections ( I cut the rail). I did not think about the fact that the rail would only come with 4 wall connection brackets. I needed 8. I just purchased the DIY 5 step handrail kit. The quality of the handrail is 5 stars in terms of metal gauge and pre-drilled holes. The matte finish is perfect without any blemishes. I really appreciated the assembly kit which included all the necessities for installation, plus a pencil with depth markings when drilling holes into my concrete.
