Once I got better anchors then all went well. The second rail is better than the first, experience on the first made the second one less work. If you drill lots of holes in concrete then an SD impact drill will make for a much easier job.

While being delivered, the box was mangled. That was the fault of FedEx. It was not the company’s fault. There was only minor damage to the item: a small scrape in the paint of the underside of the handrail. The company was very supportive and offered a refund of some of the price of the item. I didn’t think that was necessary, since the damage was minimal.
While assembling the handrail, I dropped some of the screws into the grass and was able to find all but one. The company sent me a replace...

Overall, we are very happy with our purchase and the customer service we received! It is sturdy and looks great. We were very impressed with the included tools and instructions. Unfortunately all of the brackets and post caps were bent, but after reaching out to customer service, we received the replacement parts quickly. The replacement post caps were plastic unlike the metal we received, but they work and look good.
