Better than anticipated! We ordered a total of 6 - 6 ft handrails and 1 - 2 ft. We have installed 4 on our basement steps and one on our back porch. We have 2 more to install. I first have to say that CHR Handrail company is AWESOME!! I ordered 2 sets of outdoor handrails with the extension to connect from the top of the rail to the wall. I ordered through Amazon and one of the extender packages didn't include any of the hardware. I was installing this for my in-laws for Christmas and any replacement would not arrive in time. The parts box included everything I needed to assemble and install the handrail including the concrete drill bit and depth measure. The illustrated instructions were very clear and precise. Wow! Loved this railing kit! Went up in like 40 minutes. I was worried about drilling concrete. But everything was in the kit. It was so easy! And... great instructions, no goofed up english, simple step-by-step with pics and diagrams. And even anticipated the screw ups you might make, not me :o, and how to correct them.
