It took 4 different deliveries to receive all my items.
The 1st order had the anchor covers that were plastic and snapped together.
I unfortunately thought the 2nd box would have the same anchor covers??? The anchor covers in the 2nd box were 1 piece metal, requiring that the covers were slid onto the post prior to installation. I discovered this after I attached the railing to the concrete floor. What a bummer!!
On a better note , the railing looks great!

You could improve the product by including all the mounting hardware that you say comes with the it. I received none of the concrete wedge anchors that were supposed to come with the v3 railing. When I reached out to your company via text, it took days to get a response. The reason I gave it 3 stars rather than 5 is the installation. The video made it look so easy. Attaching the rail to a 2x4 is indeed simple. However, attaching it to a concrete pad is something altogether different. The masonry bits that you provided were such poor quality that they each dulled after drilling two holes. Also, the holes were way too tight to get the anchors into the holes. It was next to impossible! The other frustration was dealing with the spindles. I installed the plastic ins...

The bracket for the hand railing was twisted and torqued. I discovered this after traveling 3 hours to install it at my parents' house. I didn't check the contents before I left because I have twice purchased CR Fence & Rail products and they've worked great. I reported the incident on 7/27 and received an email saying the part would get to me in 3-5 days, which means it would get here no Friday, August 1, at the latest. My initial purchase of the railing did not include the Parts-Brackets so I notified CR Fence & Rail and they sent order #5765 as a replacement. Order #5765 shipped Mar 14, 2024, but not received by Mar 22, 2024 and no tracking info since March 15, 2024 and it appears that order #5765 has been lost. I notified CR Fence & Rail 3/22/24 that order #5765 not received and requested another replacement. I can't install the railing without the Brackets. I'm not a happy customer!
