Not bad product for the price. Couple suggestions. We use our own Tapcon concrete fasteners. Much easier and much stronger than the expansion bolts. Adjustable
base plates on post supports would be nice also with the Allen bolt adjustments. Aluminum would also be nicer. Homeowner didn't like how they stick up in the air at the top of the steps at the stair angle would be nice if it had a short level attachment on top and bottom of steps. Rounded railing on top also.

Customer service was horrendous. I sent multiple pictures of the product I received, which was not compatible with the hardware sent, and they kept send me the same end posts. They don't know their own products and took over 3 weeks to resolve my issue, which was simply sending a small box of the correct mounting hardware.
