Great Product. Purchased 2 four step rails and 1 five step rail for this project. I used the combines between them and looks great

I got this due to a faulty part in my previous kit, when shipped by itself, golden. Replaced the damage part of the previous kit with no difference.

The customer service text was great and super helpful. We were missing a part but they sent it right away.

Handrails and Flat Rail kits arrived quickly and were easy to install. They are sturdy and look nice. Customer Service was responsive and supplied a new rectangular top rail and extra parts at no charge to complete the job. Overall good experience and I would purchase again from CR Handrail. Thank you!

The instructions were clear but incomplete. I ordered a 5 step rail but didn't realise I would need to attach the bottom post to the concrete floor. I had intended to attach the bottom post to the bottom stair tread. This should be clearer. Otherwise pretty simple and seems sturdy enough. A quality product and would buy again or recommend to others.

Came with all pieces as described and easy to assemble. Drill bit lasted for two holes of the eight needed going through concrete. Overall happy with what was delivered timely and what we were able to use it for.

Pleased with customer service and support. One of the molded end caps received with the hand rail kit was short shot. Called customer service and explained the issue. A new pair of caps was sent and received in just a few days.

Fairly easy to install on concrete stairs - though it still took several hours. Very sturdy. I ordered another one for the other side of the same stairs I liked it so much!!

I bought your 3-step handrail and it was great. I ordered 2 more 3-step handrails and you changed the escutcheons at the post bases from metal to plastic. The 2-piece plastic escutcheons are junk and fall apart with the slightest touch. If you have 4 of the 1-piece metal escutcheons, send them to me. Otherwise I am not that happy with the product.

Unpacked the parts and the quality is better than I expected. I can't wait to get the railing installed. I'm positive we will be extremely satisfied.

Looks like an amazing product, have not installed it yet. Well packaged, the hardware and instructions are amazing. Should be an easy install. I did leave one of the post outside for a few days and noticed rust beginning around the lower plate weld.

The end caps came in damaged and I called for replacements. They were sent immediately. CRHandrails really do take care of us.

Overall handrail is great for my needs and price seems quite fair. The only change that I think would make it better is to make the base plate cover metal rather than plastic. I think this piece will get broken or cracked in short time as they sit on stair so when bumped with a snow shovel or other it may not hold up in my situation. Thanks for making a nice variable length handrail tho. Continued success. Mike H

It was perfect except I had to buy a SDS+ rotary hammer drill from Harbor Freight. My Ryobi hammer drill wasn't good enough. I did recommend you to a neighbor.

The instructions were super clear and it was well packaged. Even to the point of labeling the parts on the wrapping rather than the parts themselves (so no hidden stickers when you're done). My one complaint was the drill bit for concrete only lasted 1 1/2 holes before giving up. But including all the tools required was fantastic.

Looks great. Sturdy. Easy to install. VERY good for the price. Gave me an excuse to buy the hammer drill I wanted!

There was a mix up with the length of the horizontal rails, possibly my fault. The horizontal rails arrived damaged, they were promptly replaced, then replaced again. Please no more. Maybe I will try to make another stair rail with the extras, unless you would like them back. Assembly is enjoyable do far.

The self tapping screws to secure the rails don’t work. Had to drill pilot holes with a drill first. Other than that is is very good.

Very quick shipping. Full disclosure: I didn't use the online videos to assist with assembly, only the included written instructions. That being said, I found those instructions to be a little vague on some steps. However, once the handrail was installed, I'm very satisfied with its appearance and quality. All of the specialty tools were included with the kit; only a drill and a couple of standard tools were needed in addition. A good value in my opinion. I would purchase from them again.

I ordered 2 of these handrails for my wooden front steps and they look great. Very sturdy and straightforward to install. Very satisfied!
