Ordered handrails, guardrails and posts for my project. Unfortunately the guardrails I received did not have the required screws for the handrail uprights (ordered separately) so went to the website and saw that additional screws are available at no cost. Ordered them and able to complete the project now. Only criticism would be that if the fasteners would’ve be included with the guardrail to begin with this extra step would not have been necessary. Good service however.

In general, this is well made and good instructions. I like that the hardware and tools are included.
Issue 1: the base covers are not two-piece per the instructions (which I read carefully), but one piece and hence need to be put on BEFORE the rail brackets are added to the posts; I had to take them back off to put the base covers on, and the hex-drive screws were almost stripped in doing so. I do like the fact that they are one piece, however.
Issue 2: the plastic end caps for the hand rail ...

The railings are really nice. VERY well made. The instructions were great. We actually got one wrong item, but since we were in the middle of the project, we made it work. The self-driving screws are a bit of a pain-but, they make the railing that much sturdier. The first one took us awhile to put together. But, after that we had three more and they were very easy. The extension was tough, I have to say. My husband had to do a little manipulating, but we got it. It all looks nice and...it's done...

Only glitch was an oval top rail was delivered with the one railing, and the second railing had a rectangular top rail. I had an issue as one of several hand rail kits came with a different new style rail, which took a few discussions and shipments to get the correct parts to complete the job.
