I bought 2 gel memory foam medium and soft before and needed an extra one.
The previous ones are good... but to my surprise the soft shredded memory foam was the most comfortable and suitable for my neck and back.

It cured my neck pain. Thank you ricrac for this amazing pillow. I recommended to all my friends and family. I never knew that sleeping on a soft pillow would be worse for my neck until i tried this pillow. It’s not cloudy soft like hotel pillows, but as it turns out, a somewhat stiffer pillow is actually better for your neck.

It's a great pregnancy pillow. Very soft and versatile. The best thing about it is that you can use each part by itself so it's very adaptable to your liking. One thing to consder is that it takes up a lot of space on the bed so be sure that you can accommodate it.
