It’s actually very nice ❤️ but the packaging is a bit poor. I expected it to come in a box 📦. However, a very comfy pillow and my dad likes it very much! Thank you🫶🏻.

I would like to thank Ms. Monica, the operation manager. She handled my complaint in excellent way and solve my problem taking a quick and immediate action. In addition i was really embarrassed when she gave me complimentary gift to absorb my anger and make me satisfied. Worthy to mention, that all staff i met or talked to over the phone was very polite and helpful. As for the product it is a very good quality and comfortable.

My old pillows did not help with the snoring and neck pain I get when I wake up. When I got the neck contouring pillow I noticed an improvement in both. Highly recommended.

I have an issue with my back, I got a hard mattress earlier (not from ricrac) and the problem got worse, so I thought of getting the mattress topper from ricrac to make the bed softer, and I was right, The pain improved a lot after using the topper!

My neck pain and headache that I used to wake up to is gone!! Thanks to that pillow I'm very grateful for those that made it!! Best 900 pounds I've ever spent!!!!!

المنتج جيد جدا، أنا عندي مشكلة في أسفل الظهر كبيرة، و المخدة دي الوحيدة اللي ريحتني بين مخدات كتيرة، اشترتيت منها للبيت و المكتب و الخروج، أرجو بس يكون ليها غطاء م يكون خاص بيها عشان لما بخرج بيها مش ببقي حابة الناس تلاحظها، اشترتيت منها لقرايبي وأصدقائي

I really liked how it changes its shapes and functionality. It doesn't take space at all. The material is really good. I was a little bit afraid to buy it online but totally recommend it

شكرا ناس محترمة جدا، والمرتبة مريحة لكن مش لو عندك مرتبة سوست متصلة، الأفضل تغير المرتبة نفسها، لكن لو عندك مرتبة منفصلة فهي تجنن، وكفاية زوق وتعامل خدمة العملاء وسهولة التواصل بعد البيع

الخامات محترمه جدا وتحفه، كنت بحسب الريفيوهات دي كلها فيك لكن لما اشتريت و دلوقتي قاعد بكتب الريفيو فعلا غيرت وجهة نظري تماما والمخده عظيمه بجد بحس اني بغوص فيها ومريحه للرقبه جدا، كمان ، المرتبه مريحه جدا خصوصا ان كان عندي مشاكل متكرره في ضهري ومع اول يوم نوم علي مرتبه التطريه والمشاكل انتهت تدريجي

انا حبيتها جدا جدا وندمت اني مجبتش بتاع الضهر كمان بالمره حقيقي مبقتش بعرف اقعد من غيرها خصوصا ان ضهري واحعني guide محتاجين بس يكون فيه لاني كنت محتاره اجيب ايه ومعرفتش استقر علي حاجه بعد مخليت شات جي بي تي يرشحلي المناسب

انا اشتريت من فرع التجمع مسند طبي وكمان وسادة طبية ووسادة للكرسي..والله احسن منتج في السوق ..المعاملة ممتازة ..افضل خامات شوفتها ..مريحة جدا ..ان شاء الله هشتري سجادة صلاة من الميموري فوم Memory Foam

Soft and comfy although I expected a much thinner fabric. Microfiber is not quite the same as sweat fabric. If you’re in the market you would know what a microfiber towel should look like. Still, I’m keeping the towels because they’re absorbent and sized right. If in the future you stock the real microfiber towels please let me know so I can order some. Cheers!

تحففففة وكنت طالباها هدية لحد والاوردر فالعادي بياخد ٧ ايام، كلمتهم على البيدج بتاعتهم وقولتلهم اني محتاجاه ف خلال يومين ضروري عشان دي هدية عيدميلاد وفعلا لقيت بيتصلوا بيا تاني يوم الصبح بدري ووصلولي الاوردر وجودة المنتج تحففففة وكمان في سوستة بحيث نفك الكڤر بتاع مخدة الرقبة عشان يتغسل ♥️

Bought it as a gift for my parents whose medical mattress has gotten too hard over the years. They absolutely love it— not the first time that ricrac saved our lives :))

مريحه و بتساعد البيبي انه يحرك راسه يمين و شمال و بتساعده لو عنده ارتجاع مينزلش اللبن و لو شكل واس البيبي مش مظبوط من الضهر بتساعد الراس شكلها يتظبط

خطيره بجد أنا فعلا كنت هغير المرتبه كلها بسبب انها مش مريحه وبصحى ضهرى واجعنى ورقبتي بس مرتبه التطريه دي روعه بجد حلت لي مشكله المرتبه وبصحى الحمد لله مفيش وجع في ضهرى 🥰

حلوه جدا و مريحه و بتستخدم في كزا وضع ممكن ننام عليها مريحه للرقبه جدا و الكتف و الكوڤر بتاعخا قماشته جيده جدا و انصح اي حد بيها وبشده و ان شاء الله هجيب منها تاني

Very durable mattress, I like how it firm and bouncing at the time! The springs gives it a bouncy feeling while the foam layers gives it the required med-firmness.

As a pregnant woman who has trouble in breathing while sleeping and trouble in setting on my bed while awake, That pillow saved my life! The upper part works great on both of its sides. لما ببقي صاحية، بخليها علي الجنب الرفيع، فبتسندني كويس في القعدة. لما ببقي نايمة بخليها علي الجنب الطويل ، فبترفع راسي واكتافي شوية، والمخدة الصغيرة تحفة للنوم. فبتنفس احسن، خصوصا مع انه النفس بيكون صعب في النوم اخر كام شهر في الحمل. حقيقي، شكرا جدا!

From the first use I could tell how comfortable it is and It totally reduces the pain on your back and shoulders and tou don’t have to lift the baby up to you, the baby just rest there, such a life saver for exclusive breast feeding moms!

It looks very nice and doesn’t use a lot of space. It’s very easy to change the couch to a bed. It’s a little bit hard for my personal taste.

I work on the PC for long hours every day and this pillow had an instant effect on my posture and the horrible back pain I used to go home with everyday. Highly recommended, especially if your desk chair is not ideal for back support, this'll do the trick.
