It is nice but it needs improvement by adding a waterproof cover that can be removed from the pillow and washed and then reurned back to cover it since babies at that age frequently vomit or have reflux of milk and the pillow like this is difficult to clean, hence adding this waterproof cover with a zipper for its closure for example will be a great addition

I can't believe how good the service is. Really thank you. The pillow was smelly so I called them and they made sure to replace it even though I told them I'll be traveling. The pillow is really comfortable and takes the shape of the head. I like low pillows but I find this very comfortable, it becomes lower when sleeping on it, like you sink in it.

It's also very heavy and hard to move, I would prefer if there are 2 handles on each side so that I can pull and carry from.

Some people told me it didn't make a difference that much with them but my spinal cord says it does make a difference :D it's a more comfortable sitting on while having that space to avoid having all tension and weight solely on your spinal cord!
